Product Warranty

All Goodyear lubricants sold through Rangs × Goodyear are guaranteed to meet the specifications printed on their packaging when used as directed and stored properly.

If you believe a product does not meet its stated specifications, contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue.

Return Policy

  • Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Opened products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • Products must be in their original packaging and undamaged.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or the contact form. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund - whichever you prefer.

How to Initiate a Return
