1. Acceptance

By accessing or placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price that applies.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual packaging may vary.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message (WhatsApp/SMS/email).
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, and Nagad.
• For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times: 1–2 business days in Dhaka; 2–4 business days nationwide.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after return inspection.
• We do not accept returns of opened products unless defective.

6. Product Use

Lubricants must be used as directed on the product label and in accordance with your vehicle manufacturer's specifications. Rangs Lubricants Ltd. is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect product selection or misuse. The AI assistant provides general guidance only — always verify with your vehicle owner's manual.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Rangs Lubricants Ltd. The Goodyear name and logo are trademarks of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, used under licence. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, Rangs Lubricants Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
